We are looking for an Assistant Division Controller to support the Motor Vehicle (MVI) Division with analysis of the ongoing business, and the development of next generation business intelligence tools and analysis to support the business.
The position is a temporary position for about a year, covering one of our colleague’s maternity leave, starting in April 2024.
This position is ideal for a person who has the ambition to make an international career in the area of business control and wants to learn and grow into the role as business controller through being exposed to various business environments and working tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to build a large network to learn how controlling at one of Atlas Copco’s divisions works and gain experience for a future career at Atlas Copco or anywhere else.
As our Assistant Division Controller, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Proactively participating in reporting, consolidation, and month-end follow-up for the MVI Division.
- Analyzing the ConsGP, including safeguarding the internal profit calculation and ensuring accurate market contribution calculations for customer centers.
- Conducting performance and ad-hoc analyses at various divisional levels.
- Driving the development of an analysis support structure for monthly reporting.
- Actively drive digitalization projects within the division and contribute to broader business area initiatives.
- Providing financial reporting support to our local customer centers and product companies worldwide.
- Supporting the division in monitoring local costs.
You will be reporting to the Vice President Business Control.
Who are you?
You have a proactive and self-motivated approach, driving initiatives rather than merely responding. Your analytical capabilities and commitment to quality and precision set the foundation for your contribution. Your communication skills allow efficient and effective interaction across all levels. You have the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage periods with higher workload.
Experience requirements
- a university degree in Business Administration

It’s an advantage if you have experience from
