In this context, we are now looking for a Software Compliance Engineer to ensure the compliance of our software products.


Your role

In this role, you are part of the Product Compliance Team within R&D and works closely with various stakeholders in our global organization. 

Some of your responsibilities: 

  • Identify and mitigate risks related to product cyber security
  • Participate in gap analysis and realize plans to achieve software compliance of these products
  • Map possible attack surfaces and interconnections of physical and software products
  • Engage with suppliers to review licensing terms and conditions as well as their cyber security status
  • Maintain accurate records of software licenses, compliance certificates, reports and more
  • Participate in Technical Committees and other organizations in rulemaking
  • Informing, training, coordinating, and negotiating, at different levels within the organization

We will support you in a certification for Industrial Cyber Security, IEC 62443, standard.

You report to Product Compliance Manager, Aleksandra Duric.

City: Nacka, Stockholm. We have a hybrid work situation. Some travel is included in the role. 


To succeed, you will need

  • A bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., cyber security, computer science, software engineering) 
  • Experience in software development, software compliance, licensing or related roles
  • Knowledge of IEC 62443, RED and CRA
  • Knowledge of software licensing models and agreements
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
